She is wearing size 2 diapers, size 3 at night, and in 6-9 month clothes.
She is still breastfeeding like a champ, and the very night she turned six months old, she started sleeping through the night! She nurses at 6:00am, 9:00am, noon, 3:00pm, and 6:30-7:00pm. At the daycare, she takes the three daytime bottles, drinking 5 oz. at a time.
We are now feeding her some solids: a little rice cereal, bananas, pears, peas, and green beans so far.
She gets rocked to sleep, or sometimes almost rocked to sleep, and lays down wonderfully at night, with a blanket and her lamb lovey. She is started to refuse the pacifier, which is fine by me.
She loves animals, trees, the outdoors, swaying back and forth in front of someone (or the mirror), baths, chewing on all things, and sitting up. She sometimes goes from sitting up to putting her hands down beginning the very early stages of learning to crawl. When she gets on her tummy, she ends up scooting backwards when she wants to go forward.
She squeals and laughs a lot. She smiles often, and reaches out to touch anything she possibly can.
