Six looks good on you, baby girl. While one part of me can’t believe you are SIX years old, you are extremely fit for six. You’re so smart, active, mature, funny, and grown up. You’ve been in preschool for two years now and on the verge of kindergarten days.
You wanted a red, white, and blue birthday party which was so fun and easy for decorate for! You wanted to invite some friends over so we invited your two best friends, Brenlynn and Fayeth. You three had a great time swimming at the lake, riding the four wheeler with Daddy, catching a lot of lightening bugs, having a slumber party with matching pajamas, eating fried fish caught by Brenlynn’s brother, Clayton, a birthday party in the morning, and playing with water balloons! Although both your friends missed their parents come evening, they were troopers and made it through the night just fine, waking with smiles and giggles in the morning!
Fayeth got you a water balloon pump, a unicorn neck pillow, and mermaid flip flops. Brenny got you a Barbie truck and four wheeler and a Barbie pretend phone. Nana and Papa got you much needed sandals and beautiful cookies made by Nana, and some water balloons! Grandma and Grandpa Brooks got you a purple bean bag chair! We got you new white crocs, a Barbie kitchen set, a boy farmer Barbie, Barbie puppies, shrinky dinks, glitter tattoo set, writing table, and a terrarium.
You made it beautifully on another trip around the sun, pretty girl. I love how much you add to our family even if it’s a lot of talking, questions, whining at times, and no rest. You are perfect the way you are.
You worry about things a lot and even added to your prayers that Daddy remembers to lock all of the doors and that no scary or bad things will happen. You wash your hands so very frequently. You like to plan ahead and know all of the details of what’s to come, but I know you get that honestly from me and your dad both.
You like watching 123 Go on YouTube or Puppy Dog Pals on TV. You love playing with Barbies, especially the puppies. Sometimes you play with babies. You like pretending you’re a veterinarian, or that you’re in dance or singing contests, or that you’re playing basketball. You and Kylie play school often or “Everything Diner.”
