Weekend with McCoy (Part 1 of 3)

My sweet nephew came to spend the weekend with us while Kimberly and Lonnie went out of town for an annual float trip.  I took off work at lunch on Friday to meet my sister and Lonnie at the mall to get McCoy.  He did so good with the transition.  I was following Kimberly and Lonnie out of the mall and McCoy could see his mommy's car and he said, "Bye, Mama."

McCoy and I went to see Uncle Keane at work while we were still in town and that was fun.  McCoy saw Uncle Keane's truck -- a favorite of his after Uncle Keane took him for a ride in it one time.

I loved seeing all the "boy" type things McCoy did.  He took off his shoes in the car and was moving one around in the air like an airplane while making vehicle noises.  I tried to get it on video but as soon as he saw himself in the phone screen, all he would do is wave and smile and point saying, "bebe."

As soon as we got to my house, he found our games and DVD's in our TV stand and played and played.

Then...we went on a four wheeler ride!!  The "four-wheel-er" was a favorite of his I think.

We went down the road to Keane's dad's to say hi and to look at the baby lambs.  McCoy was a little unsure about the whole farm thing so we didn't get too close or stay very long.

Then we ate some fruit and cereal and Aunt Kristi's favorite snack, squirty cheese on crackers.

It was gorgeous outside, and now that Keane has built our deck, we had a fun place to play outside.  He played with water until I had to call it quits so we could go see Grandmama, Papa, and Uncle Kollin.

Kylie and I had bought McCoy this green shirt he's wearing that says, "I'm the Boss," but apparently a 2T shirt is a little snug on him.

Our weekend will be continued...
