Thankful Tuesday

I have heard that the best bloggers share what's really on their minds.  Today (aka Taco Tuesday at our house) is also known as Thankful Tuesday.  And if it's not, then let's just go with it.

I am thankful for cancelled practice.  Honestly.

There were storms and rain in the area last night which means the baseball fields are too wet to have baseball practice.  This makes me sigh with relief.  Keane and I were able to ride to work together because of it and I get to spend time with just him tonight.

Do you ever feel like you come last on his priorities of scheduling?  I know that I see him more than anybody, we ride to work together, we go to bed together, and everything else in between, but to really feel like I'm getting time with him, I want uninterrupted time.  I want to enjoy supper, watch TV, laugh, talk, cuddle, and just have the most boring night that you can possibly think of, together.

So, I'm thankful.

I'm also thankful that my family members who live in Oklahoma are safe.  I am praying for the ones who have lost their family members, their homes, their beloved pets and belongings, their safety, and the ones who have lost their own lives.
